Vinyloytm 100
UTILITY GRADE

Outperforms utility thermoplastic sheet grades at competitive costs.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Vinyloy 100 sheet is a recycled grade of proprietary acrylic/PVC thermoplastic sheet that is cost competitive with other utility grades of thermoplastic sheet while offering improved performance. Vinyloy 100 sheet is UL recognised 94 V-0 and 5V. It is available in 52114 Black Colour.

SUGGESTED END-USES

Vinyloy 100 sheet is a fire retardant (UL listed sheet) that can be used to substitute effectively for ABS and other utility grade thermoplastics.

Vinyloy sheet is offered in gauges from 0.7 mm and up.

Vinyloy sheet is available in roll stock at 1 mm and in sheet stock over the entire thickness range. It is available in black only.

It is available in three textures: P1 Haircell, PC Level Haircell, and PF Levant.

 

FABRICATION

Excellent forming properties result in uniform wall thicknesses and crisp detail, plus easy machining and fabricating using conventional methods, further expanding finished part possibilities.
