Ultra
White
is an advanced PVC formulation designed for outdoor application where resistance
to ultraviolet (UV) degradation is critical. Tests show that Ultra White retards
surface oxidation and loss of physical and mechanical properties which result
from exposure to sunlight. Performance tests indicate that Ultra White is up to
eight times more resistant to UV damage than comparative conventional PVC
materials.
Key Benefits
- Conforms to ASTM D-1784-95
Class 12454-B (Formerly Type I Grade I )
- More UV stabilizers to resists
solar degradation
- High-gloss white finish
reduces absorption of heat energy
- High strength-to-weight ratio
- Good Impact
- Retains Physical properties at
elevated temperatures
- Excellent Machinability
