NYCAST^® NYMETAL^{^{^TM}}

NYCAST^® NYMETAL is available with a wide array of cores and grades of nylon cast onto the core, including food grades. (Please see the properties charts for each of our grades of nylons for specs.) NYMETAL is bonded to a metal core using our proprietary process, producing a nylon to metal interface that stands up to the toughest engineering applications. This bond far exceeds the performance of mechanically bonded thermoplastic to steel components.

Using NYCAST® cast nylon has many advantages:
