InteProŽ is sturdy plastic sheeting extruded from either
polypropylene or high density polyethylene. It is more
durable than corrugated fiberboard, lighter in weight than
wood and solid plastic sheets. Its fluted ribs support both
surfaces, making InteProŽ light weight, tough and abuse
resistant. Additionally, it is both chemical and water
resistant making it an idea choice for numerous commercial
and industrial applications.
InteProŽ Fluted Polypropylene Board has a wide variety of
industrial, artistic, and decorative applications. Available
in a variety of colors and in thicknesses ranging from
2-19mm (1/12"-3/4"), InteProŽ can be die-cut, scored, glued,
stitched and ultrasonically welded. It is corona treated so
it is receptive to adhesives, vinyl lettering, and can be
flexographic, screen and digitally printed.
The InteProŽ plant has both mono- and co-extrusion
(multi-layer, multi-formula) lines. We can custom tailor
co-extruded boards by layer, creating different properties
and colors to augment performance and visual impact. InteProŽ
comes in various thicknesses, widths, colors, sheet types
and property enhancements, including conductive, flame
retardants and anti-static formulations. All InteProŽ
products are also recyclable.
InteProŽ boards are ideal for widespread applications, such
as signage, automotive industry, construction, shelter,
converting, lamination, industrial and agricultural
packaging.
